- How do I view or confirm my vacation package booking?
- You’ll typically receive an email confirmation after booking, followed by a detailed itinerary within days of full payment. If you have lost your itinerary email, please feel free to contact us for a new copy.
- Can I cancel my vacation package?
- Cancellations are allowed but must comply with Renzo Travel Services’ policies. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
- What are the key logistical details to expect?
HOTELS:

GOOD TO KNOW:
PPS-EL NIDO
Van travel time to El Nido is approximately 5-6 hours, including a stopover.
- Shared van service is available between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with departures on an hourly basis. You can select your preferred time or choose a time based on your airport arrival.
- Pick-up locations include the airport or hotels located within the city.
- The shared van capacity is between 12 and 14 passengers, depending on van availability
EL NIDO TOURS
- Shared boat capacity: 15-20 passengers, depending on boat availability.
- For island hopping tours, the tour guide will meet you at your designated hotel along with a tricycle driver. The tricycle fare is to be paid by the passengers (typically 100-150 pesos for a full tricycle, which can accommodate 4-5 passengers).
- Some hotels located in town are within walking distance (3-5 minutes) of the meeting place or dispatch area, so a tricycle ride may not be necessary.
- Due to local regulations, vans are not allowed to enter the town of El Nido during periods of heavy traffic. In such cases, you will be dropped off at the El Nido terminal, where tricycles are available to take you to your hotel. However, authorities may occasionally make an exception to allow a van access for passengers who have disabilities and/or senior citizens, provided they present a valid ID..
- In accordance with local ordinances, only 15 individuals per agency are allowed daily access to the Big Lagoon. If the Big Lagoon is unavailable due to this restriction, we will provide an alternative visit to either the Small Lagoon or Cadlao Lagoon, until further notice.
- El Nido itineraries offer flexibility, allowing us to adjust plans and reduce the likelihood of tour cancellations. Although most tours remain available, Tour C is frequently the first to be canceled by the Coast Guard due to inclement weather and wave conditions.
- The hotel check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please arrange for your luggage to be stored at the front desk before your tour. They will secure it for you. After the tour, return to the hotel and ask the front desk for access to the designated shower area. This is applicable if you are returning to Puerto Princesa (PPS) after your El Nido tours and have a PPS tour scheduled on the last day before your flight.
- Do I need a passport or special documents?
Foreign visitors must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity beyond their return date to travel to the Philippines. For visa and other requirements, please visit the Philippines Bureau of Immigration website at https://immigration.gov.ph/visas/visa-waiver/.
