Welcome to Renzo Travel Services website. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Website, including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Introduction

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company. The Website is owned and operated by Renzo Travel Services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and customers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, but errors may occur. Please confirm pricing and details with us prior to making a booking.

By making travel bookings on our website or with one of our agents, or otherwise purchasing any travel services offered by Renzo Travels Services, you warrant that 1) you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation; 2) you accept and agree to all the Terms presented herein; and 3) all information supplied by you for the purposes of that booking is true, accurate, current, and complete.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website, or which may harm the Company or users.
  • Use the Website to transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
  • You shall not use this site for any other purpose, including but not limited to making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or transactions, or any reservation or transaction in anticipation of demand.
  • You may use this site only to make legitimate reservations, bookings or purchases.

4. Booking and Price Changes

  • Booking Process: All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We act as an agent for these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.
  • Passenger(s) is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking confirmation. Please notify Renzo Travel Services immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full and sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on your passport or government issued ID must exactly match the same such data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records. Renzo Travel Services strongly recommends that you take into account that certain countries will not admit a passenger if their passport expires within six (6) months of the return date of travel. Non-Filipino citizens may require additional documentation. Children and infants also require all such travel documents.

Renzo Travel Services has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, climate extremes, or the suitability for persons with disability of any portion of any tour at locations to which you may travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release Renzo Travel Services from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that all suits in connection with, or incident to, this agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in the courts in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines which will serve as the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Renzo Travel Services and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change due to supplier or government-imposed fees, such as fuel surcharges or other taxes, even after booking confirmation. You consent to such price increases and authorize us to charge your provided payment method for these additional amounts.
  • Cancellation:

Our cancellation policy takes effect 24 hours following the receipt of your booking confirmation.

The cancellation policy will take effect one hour after the booking confirmation is sent and applies to cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

If you elect to cancel your booking for any reason, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations are subject to fees which vary by your date of booking and your date of cancellation. Cancellation fees may change at any time, and your booking is subject to the schedule in effect at the time of the booking.

Force Majeure90% refund on an unused portion of the total service fee payment. Renzo Travel Services reserve the right to adjust refunds in accordance with what we determine to be fair and appropriate under the given circumstances.

Force Majeure: “Force Majeure” means, in relation to Renzo Travel Services, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Renzo Travel Services, (including, but without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildlife, or other untoward occurrences). Renzo Travel Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a consequence of any of the Suppliers being unable to perform its obligations due to the unusual or unforeseeable circumstances (a “force majeure event”) beyond the control of the party affected by the force majeure event.

AIRFARENO Cancellation and rebooking on airfare. (This will be communicated prior to booking)

BEACHFRONT AND OTHER UPGRADED HOTELSNO refund on these type of accommodations. (This will be communicated prior to booking)

Delays or cancellations of boat rides or activities due to weather disturbances or mandates by government authorities are beyond the control of Renzo Travel Services and our carriers. Renzo Travel Services and our carriers shall not be liable for any failure to provide services under such circumstances. No refunds will be issued for unused tours, transfers, accommodations, flights, or other services affected by these events. However, in such cases, guests may request a refund of the boat fees or choose to participate in alternative inland tours provided by Renzo Travel Services. We do our best to handle refunds fairly, and adjustments may be made based on what we believe is reasonable given the situation.

We are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you incur as a result of a cancelled booking, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of enjoyment, or the cost of any connecting flights, accommodation, airport transportation, visas, document fees, vaccinations, or other services you may purchase that are dependent upon the operation of your trip.

5. Travel Documents and Responsibilities (As Applicable)

  • Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, relevant IDs, etc.) are valid and meet destination requirements. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. We are not liable for issues arising from invalid or incorrect documents.
  • Health and Safety: You must verify health requirements, including vaccinations, through reliable sources or your healthcare provider. We are not responsible for health-related issues or entry denials due to non-compliance.
  • Travel Advisories: You are responsible for checking travel advisories and warnings issued by your country, municipalities or other relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Renzo Travel Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Content without our express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

7. User-Generated Content

If the Website allows you to post or upload content, you retain ownership of your User Content but grant Renzo Travel Services a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Website. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renzo Travel Services and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Website.

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Renzo Travel Services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access such third-party websites at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in Puerto Princesa City or federal courts located in the province of Palawan, Philippines.

Any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this site must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
